The death toll from floods in Bolivia’s Santa Cruz region has reached 20, with at least two dozen people reported missing. Rescue teams are continuing to reach inaccessible areas, and officials anticipate the number of casualties may increase, according to Deputy Civil Defense Minister Alfredo Troche.
