Container truck congestion has re-emerged at Colombo Port due to inefficient container clearance procedures, according to Sanath Manjula, Chairman of the Container Transport Owners Association (CTOA). He warns the stoppage is caused by a non-streamlined clearance system, potentially disrupting port operations and freight movement.
