ADB approves 0M to improve water, food security in North Central Sri Lanka

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $200 million loan for the Mahaweli Development Program in North Central Sri Lanka, aimed at enhancing water and food security through improved water resource management. This initiative is the country’s largest multiuse water development project.
