Police arrested a 19-year-old for allegedly aiding and abetting a shooting in the Kaduwela area. A second suspect linked to the January 1, 2026 Nawagamuwa shooting on Menikagara Road has also been arrested, according to Ada Derana RSS (Jan 19, 2026).
