Suba Umathevan represents Sri Lanka in historic world record song for gender equality.

Sri Lanka’s Suba Umathevan has lent her voice to “195”, a global song featuring women from all 195 UN recognised countries, setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for “Most nationalities to contribute vocals to a musical recording (single song)”.

Produced by The Frequency School, “195” was launched during the 2024 World Economic Forum in Davos. Each woman says the word “EQUALITY” in her native tongue, with the song using the 528 Hz ‘love frequency’ and sounds from nature to promote gender equality, healing, and mental well-being.

The project was led by Grammy-nominated producer Maejor, alongside Martina Fuchs and co-founders Kingsley M, Brandon Lee, and Aaron Dawson. They describe the record not just as a musical feat, but a global movement for women’s empowerment, wellness, and peace.

Umathevan, CEO of the DROSOS Foundation and a long-time advocate for children’s rights and youth empowerment, joins global women leaders in this symbolic project for unity and social change.
