Three former Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) officials have been arrested on multiple charges, including allegedly fraudulently registering several vehicles, according to CIABOC, Sri Lanka’s Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption. The action was announced March 26, 2026.
