Sri Lanka’s Supreme Court reserved judgment on appeals filed by former ministers Mahindananda Aluthgamage and Nalin Fernando, who were previously sentenced to imprisonment on corruption-related charges. The court has not yet ruled on whether their convictions will stand or be overturned.
