Two individuals were arrested by Sri Lanka Coast Guard off Thoduwawa Coast for possessing 25 sacks weighing 992 kg 800 g of Kendu leaves, 140,000 sticks of foreign-made cigarettes, agrochemicals, and a dinghy boat.
