The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has signed a loan agreement with the Sri Lankan government, providing $52 million for the Kerawalapitiya-Port L Second Transmission Line Project. This funding aims to enhance Sri Lanka’s power transmission and promote renewable energy, supporting sustainable development efforts.
