Authorities recovered over 280 kg of narcotics valued at Rs 4.5 billion from two intercepted multi-day fishing trawlers off Sri Lanka’s southern coast. Eleven suspects were detained after being brought to Dikkowita Fisheries Harbour, where the seized drugs underwent further weighing and verification.
