Anusha Palpita, former Secretary to Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Mass Media and former Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRCSL), has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
