Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has requested Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar to apply pressure on Sri Lanka regarding the ongoing arrests of Tamil Nadu fishermen by the Sri Lankan Navy, seeking their immediate release and the return of their fishing boats.
