The Sri Lanka Navy captured over 70 kg of narcotics from an abandoned boat off Kalpitiya coast. The seizure included 63.5 kg of crystal methamphetamine and 14.5 kg of heroin, found concealed in fertilizer sacks during an operation on December 5, 2025.
