Today, parts of the island will experience several spells of showers. The Cyclonic Storm “Ditwah” is located about 130 km north of Jaffna, near latitude 10.7°N and longitude 80.6°E, as reported by the Department of Meteorology on November 29 at 11:30 p.m.
