Ingredients:
Water 1l
Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack
Fish (Tuna) 500g
Goraka 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Ginger 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Bombay Onion 1 small
Bombay Onion 1 large
Cardamom 2 cloves
Cloves 2 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Green Chillis 3 nos
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Carrot 1 cup
Leeks 1 cup
Method:
Add water into a bowl, bring it to boil and add in the Maggi broad noodles family pack. Remove from heat once the noodles are cooked.
Next, add fish (tuna) into a pan followed by, goraka, pepper, salt, curry leaves, rampe, ginger, garlic, bombay onion, and cover the ingredients in the bowl with water.
Add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon into the bowl, mix well and let the fish cook well. Remove the ambulthiyal from heat once done.
Next, add oil into a pan followed by curry leaves, rampe, ginger, garlic, bombay onion, an egg, ambulthiyal, green chillis, pepper, salt, carrot, leeks and finally add in the boiled Maggi noodles and mix well.
