Sri Lanka’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arun Hemachandra, held bilateral talks with Kaja Kallas, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs, in Brussels. The meeting focused on enhancing diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and the EU.
