When we arrived in Sri Lanka at the beginning of November (2019) – as we do every year – we stayed a few days in Colombo before going to our house in the south – as we do every year. Unusually, this vehicle was on Colombo’s boulevard, the Galle Road. I wonder what det was carrying? Water? Liquid manure? Milk?
