Tuna Salad Recipe | Cooking with Aunty D

Simple, effortless and refreshing. Make way for Aunty D’s Tuna Salad to help you take the boredom out of your diet and add nutrients in a more exciting way.

Here’s how you make it!

Ingredients:

Onion 2 medium

Capsicum 2 nos

Salt 1 ½ tsp

Pepper ½ tsp

Lime Juice 1 tsp

Tomato 1 large

Olive Oil 1 tsp

Tuna 150 g (Boiled)

Salad Leaves

 

Method:   

Start by adding sliced big onions, capsicums, salt, pepper, and lime juice to a bowl and mix well.

Next, add sliced tomatoes and stir before drizzling on some olive oil.

Add the boiled tuna to the mixture and give it a good toss.

Finish it off by adding some salad leaves and your tuna salad bowl is ready to be served!
