Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Sweet Cumin 1/8 tsp
Cardamom 2 pods
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 pods
Big Onion 2 medium
Capsicum 2 nos
Goraka 1 nos
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tin Fish 1 can
Green and Red Chilli 2 each
Thick Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups
Method:
First, add oil into a pan followed by fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, sweet cumin, cardamoms, curry leaves, rampe, ginger, garlic, big onions, capsicum, goraka and mix well.
Next, add turmeric, chilli flakes, curry powder, pepper, chilli powder, salt and mix well once more.
Add tin fish into the pot, followed by red and green chillis, thick coconut milk and cover the pot with a lid.
Finally, remove the pot from the heat once the fish is cooked well.
