Ingredients:
Ghee 3 tbsp (melted)
Semolina 1 1/2 cups
Cashew 50 g
Raisins 50 g
Ground Sugar 3/4 cups
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Method:
To a pot, add melted ghee and semolina, and roast until golden brown.
To a separate pan, add melted ghee and roast the cashews and raisins.
Add the roasted semolina, ground sugar, cardamom powder, roasted cashews and raisins, and melted ghee to a bowl, and combine.
Add some more melted ghee and milk to the mixture, and mix well.
When the crumbly mixture becomes moist and slightly firm, shape them into bite-sized balls and dig in!
