Ingredients:
Maggi Special Family Pack
Broccoli 350g
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Button Mushrooms 200g
Garlic 3 cloves
Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp
Green Onion 1/4 cup
Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp
Roasted Cashews 50g
Method:
- Add water into a pan followed by the Maggi Special Family Pack.
- When the noodles are boiled halfway, add broccoli, mix well and remove from heat once fully cooked.
- Add sesame oil into a pan followed by button mushrooms, garlic, chilli flakes, green onions and stir fry well.
- Add the boiled noodles and broccoli into the pan and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
- Finally, add the remaining stock from the boiled noodles, hoisin sauce, roasted cashews and mix well.
