Leftover Mix Vegetables Chicken Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Water 1l 

Maggi Family Meal Pack 

Oil 1 tbsp

Chicken 350g

Garlic 4 cloves

Ginger 1/2 inch

Big Onion 1 medium

Pepper 1 1/2 tsp

Garlic Powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Green Beans 1/2 cup

Carrot 1/2 cup

Bell Pepper 1/2 cup

Cabbage 1/2 cup

Leeks 1 cup

Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp

Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Method: 

First, add water into a bowl, bring it to boil and add the Maggi family meal pack.

Remove the noodles from the bowl once they are cooked.

Next, add oil into a pan followed by chicken, garlic, ginger, big onion and fry well.

Add pepper, garlic powder, salt, green beans, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, leeks, chilli flakes, dark soy sauce and mix well.

Finally, add the boiled Maggi noodles, mix well and serve accordingly.
