Ingredients:
Flour 200g
Eggs 1
Oil 1 tbsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Bombay onion 1 medium
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 2 nos
Celery 2 inch
Boiled chicken 250g
Potato 1 medium
Green peas 1/4 cups
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Maggi Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cup
Method:
- Add egg, Maggi Coconut Milk, and salt (1/4 tsp) to the flour and mix well. Fill a kunafa maker or an empty ketchup bottle with the mixture and drizzle in a circular motion.
- Heat oil and add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, Bombay onion, green chilli,celery boiled potato, boiled chicken, green peas, tomato, chilli flakes, pepper and salt.
- Then add turmeric and coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame.
- In a bowl, place a pancake first and add the filling on top. Alternative layers of pancake and filling until the bowl is full. Finish with a final pancake on top.
