Ingredients:
Raw rice flour 250g
All-purpose flour 200g
Sugar 65g
Coconut Treacle 1/4 bottle
Water 1/2 cups
Sera Coconut Oil
Method:
Add rice flour into a bowl followed by all-purpose flour, sugar, coconut treacle and water, and mix well into a paste. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Add Sera coconut oil into a pan and slowly add in the kavum paste using a cup into the centre of the pan.
While the kavum is frying in the oil, use a sharp object to make the konda part of the kavum.
When the konda kavum turns golden brown, remove it from the oil and serve as you please.
