Kalu Dodol | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Sera Real Coconut Milk 3 pkts (540ml)

Coconut Jaggery 300g

Sugar 60g

Raw rice flour 125g

Cashews 50g

Method: 

Add Sera Real Coconut Milk into a pan followed by coconut jaggery and sugar, and mix well.

Add raw rice flour and mix well until the paste thickens.

Add cashews into the paste and mix well.

Remove the paste from the pan and onto a serving tray.

Finally, spread the kalu dodol paste evenly and sprinkle cashews on top.
