Chilli Prawn Kottu | Cooking with Aunty D


Oil 1 tsp

Dry Red Chilli Flakes 3 nos

Garlic and ginger 1 tbsp

Onion 1 medium

Prawns 150g

Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Chilli flakes 1 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Red chilli and nai miris 2 each

Carrot 100g

Maggi Papare kottu 1 packet


  1. Boil Maggi Papare Kottu. Add seasoning packets and mix well.
  2. Add oil, dry red chilli, ginger, garlic and prawns to a frying pan.
  3. Then add onion, soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli, nai miris and carrot. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Add cooked Maggi Papare Kottu and mix well.
