Cashew and Cauliflower Curry | Cooking with Aunty D


Oil 1 tbsp

Red Onion 5 nos

Garlic 3 nos

Curry Leaves


Turmeric 1/3

Curry Powder 1/2

Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

Salt 2/3 tsp

Cauliflower 250g

Boiled Cashew 250g

Green Peas 50g

Green Chilli 2 nos

Thick Maggi Coconut milk 1 1/2 cups


  1. Add oil, red onions, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, turmeric, curry powder, chilli flakes, salt, cauliflower, boiled cashew, green peas and green chilli to a pot. Mix well.
  2. Add thick Maggi coconut milk to the mixture and mix well.
