Ingredients:
Rice Flour 2 cups
Gram Flour 1 cup
Cumin 2 tbsp
Butter 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl pour some rice flour, gram flour, cumin seeds and melted butter.
- Next, add in salt and water.
- Proceed to mix all the ingredients together until it forms a thick dough.
- In a frying pan, using a murruku maker, squeeze the dough into the hot oil and let it fry until the dough becomes hard and is golden brown.
- Finally, remove the fried murukku from the frying pot and serve while hot.
