Beef Samosa | Cooking with Aunty D


Beef 500g

Garlic 5 cloves

Oil 1 tbsp

Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

Curry Powder 1/2 tsp

Roasted Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

Turmeric 1/3 tsp

Salt 1 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

Green Chilli 3 nos

Onion 1 medium

Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup


All-Purpose Flour

  1. Add beef and garlic to a blender to make the filling.
  2. Add oil to a pan and fry beef mixture. Add chilli flakes, curry powder, roasted chilli powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala and green chilli. Mix well.
  3. Add onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  4. Using a mixture of all-purpose flour and water to adhere, form triangles using pastry sheets. Add filling and deep fry till golden brown.
