Ingredients:
Beef 500g
Garlic 5 cloves
Oil 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/3 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 3 nos
Onion 1 medium
Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Water
All-Purpose Flour
Method:
- Add beef and garlic to a blender to make the filling.
- Add oil to a pan and fry beef mixture. Add chilli flakes, curry powder, roasted chilli powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala and green chilli. Mix well.
- Add onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Using a mixture of all-purpose flour and water to adhere, form triangles using pastry sheets. Add filling and deep fry till golden brown.
