Sri Lanka to open Consulate General Office in Madagascar

The Cabinet had approved a proposal to open a Sri Lankan Consulate General Office in Madagascar, the Government Information Department said.

The establishment of  Consulate General office in Antananarivo, Madagascar is expected to benefit both the countries, specially the Sri Lankan migrant workers and the business community living in Madagascar.

Hence, the Cabinet of Ministers had approved the resolution by the  Minister of Foreign Affairs to open a Sri Lankan Consular General Office in Madagascar.
