Sri Lanka has commenced the second phase of its post-disaster recovery following Cyclone Ditwah. Canada’s High Commissioner Isabelle Catherine Martin expressed condolences for the devastation and affirmed Canada’s commitment to provide ongoing support during the recovery efforts.
