Tempered Leeks Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

 

Ingredients:

Oil 1 tbsp

Prawns 100g

Garlic 3 cloves

Curry Leaves/Rampe

Bombay Onion 1 small

Turmeric 1/4 tsp

Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Leeks 500g

Method:

  1. Add oil to a pan and let it heat. Add in prawns, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, bombay onion and stir.
  2. Add turmeric, chilli flakes, salt and leeks. Mix well and serve hot.
