Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 1/4 tsp
Cornflour 2 tsp
Water 1 1/4 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Bombay Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1tsp
Boiled Fish 200g
Boiled Potatoes 300g
Green Chillis 2 nos
Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Lime juice 1/4 tsp
Bread Crumbs
Oil (To fry)
Method:
- Add all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl, followed by salt, cornflour and water. Mix well into a paste and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Add oil into a pan together with garlic, bombay onions, curry leaves, ginger and stir well.
- Add chilli powder, boiled fish, boiled potatoes, green chillis, chilli flakes, pepper, salt and mix them well. Add lime juice after mixing.
- Next, add the flour paste into a pan and spread evenly. Remove the paste sheet from the pan, add the already prepared fish and potatoes mix into the sheet and roll into the required shape.
- Dip the roll into the mixture of all-purpose flour and water and then dip into a bowl of bread crumbs.
- Finally, add oil into a pan and shallow fry the rolls until golden brown. Remove from the pan once done.
